Langer Reserves 30 - 0 Wavell SHS

April 26, 2017 - 5:00 pm at Noffke Park, Meadowbrook

In front of a boisterous crowd at our home ground Noffke Park, Langer Reserves had a convincing win with a shut-out of Wavell State High Langer Reserves 30-0 in Livin Round.

Built on a strong foundation of defensive pressure and aggression, Wavell kept turning the ball over with our boys out-enthusing them in attack.

Push support and winning the floor was the order of the day with the M-City middle directed by Gianni Winiata at hooker marching up the field with each possession.

Smart options by our halves Creedance Toia and Zac Hamilton to run the ball on the last produced tries, along with individual efforts from outside backs Feau Maka and Vahai Finau.

With this being the first game played as a group, there is still room for improvement across the park in 1%ers and execution which is encouraging at this time of the year.

Congratulations to all of the boys on their performance!
