Parent ‘Meet & Greet’

The esteemed families of our ‘Rugby League Excellence’ students are invited to attend a special “Meet & Greet” opportunity in Term 1 of every year, with other Sports Excellence students.

This essential communicative event is held in our school’s Sports Excellence Centre where our Rugby League Staff are individually introduced, their experience and qualifications shared, expectations around performance, behaviour, attendance and uniform are passed on, and parents/guardians are given the opportunity to ask questions.

A delicious sausage sizzle, biscuits and tea and coffee are always ‘the go’ and parents have the opportunity to mingle with other parents to chat about the Program, their children, and build their own friendships.

A wide range of competitive games (e.g. passing accuracy) are also presented on the evening in which parents team up with their son to take on other families for prizes, bragging rights, etc.

Of course, parents and guardians also take the opportunity to meet and chat with their child’s Year Level Coach ‘one-on-one’ in a relaxed setting around their child’s involvement in the team, positional play, nutritional needs and more.
